Return Policy 


Lost or damaged orders during transit require immediate notification to us.
Please inform us immediately about your issue. We will either credit your account with us or provide a refund and/or send you a reshipment of all or part of the order depending on what is appropriate.

The packaging must be retained if your order arrives damaged because we need it to process an insurance claim. The package's original packaging will be necessary to file an insurance claim but refund processing will become complicated if we fail to file the claim.

Order problems: wrong item, missing item, or misgraded item Submit an email to bwstime4change@gmail.com about the issue within 30 days of getting your item. Should you be required to send back the item we will cover the cost of basic ground shipping. After we authorize your return you should send it back as soon as possible. We will take action to refund you or credit your account or send a replacement item once we receive your return based on our discretion. 

International buyers who use US freight forwarding services need to report any order problems within 7 days of receiving it from the shipping service and no later than 11 weeks after we sent your order.

Should you buy an item by mistake


You must inform us about this matter within seven days after receiving the item. You will receive a refund for the item's purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee but shipping costs will not be refunded. Our policy excludes reimbursement for any shipping fees you have paid.
