Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as new releases or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and priority shipping options at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs)
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions or customs clearance.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at BWStime4change@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
